• SAP implementation in Warsaw City Hall

    In September 2007 BPX began, as SYGNITY Group co-operator, SAP implementation in Warsaw City Hall. BPX consultants were responsible for implementation of parts of FI module. Production startup took place on 01.01.2008

    City Hall is the organizational unit which is responsible for the execution of its own and communal tasks, those assigned by government administration and for local issues which result from the fact that Warsaw is the capital city. The budget intended for the execution of these tasks is worth several millions PLN and its management is a very complicated process. The implementation of SAP solution for finance management enabled to conduct accounting processes in one system, to prepare and control the budget, to manage fixed assets and to operate European funds, investment plans and reporting.
