    In November 2008 BPX started SAP ERP implementation in Energoinstal S.A. subsidiaries

    ENERGOINSTAL S.A. produces and installs industrial equipment and is one of the biggest manufacturers of power boilers in Poland. It is a well-known and respected partner on domestic and foreign markets. The company owes its position to production process modernization and to flexible reaction to unstable market expectations. The company is distinguishable thanks to its capability to execute huge and complicated works, to highly qualified personnel and to possibility of self-financing the investments.

    BPX was responsible for SAP ERP system roll-out in the following modules: FI (Financial Accounting), Asset Accounting (FI-AA) and Controlling (CO). It was the Roll-out project of template solution of Energoinstal S.A. for newly established companies. As a result these companies improved their efficiency. After the project, financial processes in subsidiaries are standardized, centralized management is improved, the company may get standardized reports what facilitates the interpretation of results for the whole group and for particular units.
